Acting against improper use

I have a conflict; do I have to lodge an opposition?
What are the other legal requirements for an opposition?
If the opposition fails to meet the other legal requirements, the BOIP shall communicate in writing in the form of a 'notification regarding adjustment' what is missing from the file. A two month period will be granted to rectify such deficiencies.
The term in which the adjustment must be taken care of can never be suspended or postponed.
If the opposition is sorted out within this period of time, the opposition will not be considered further.
