Are there costs associated with suspension?
Costs are only associated in certain cases of mutually requested suspension.
During the cooling off period, suspension is free of charge during the first year, after which time the rights cost € 100 for every two months. The parties may also request a suspension once the proceedings are underway, in which case the rights also cost € 100 for every two months.
