Sure, they are very busy but that is no excuse to forget to register, and therefore protect, their beautiful designs.”

What are the fees for design registration?

Registering a simple design in the Benelux costs € 108 plus € 10 per representation.
The amount due must be paid into our bank account within a month of the application date. If we have not received your payment within this term, the filing date will be extended until the moment your payment is received.
