Warning against non official renewals
It is possible that trademarks owners are approached by the "Organisation Intellectual Property Benelux SA, a company operating from Brussels, to renew their trademark. For this, they charge a substantial amount. The letter they sent gives the impression that it comes from the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property, which is not the case. Some pages on their website show strong similarities with ours.
There is no kind of relationship between this company and the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property. We therefore strongly recommend you not to follow these sort of proposals. For more details, please contact our Information Center.
