We have the great pleasure of welcoming the EUIPO's Boards of Appeal on Wednesday 22 March at our office. From 13:30 to 17:00, we will co-organise a seminar for IP professionals, which is a great opportunity to bring together representatives of the Boards and regional IP practitioners and discuss trends in decisional practice.
The seminar aims to present the BoA Action Plan 2021-2026 together with recent developments in case-law on absolute and relative grounds, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and the internal and external key initiatives which are focused on development and maintenance of coherent and consistent trade mark and design practices.
