At BOIP, we are continuously improving our systems based on our customers' feedback. Until now, it was possible to download the confirmation of receipt as a PDF at the end of the application process. This option is no longer available. From now on, you will receive the confirmation of receipt directly in your My BOIP Message Box and by e-mail.
Receipt confirmation in My BOIP Message Box and by e-mail
After applying for a trademark or design registration or reporting a modification, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail with an overview of your application. Now, the confirmation of receipt can also be found in the My BOIP Message Box.
An exception applies to the confirmation of receipt of oppositions and i-DEPOTs. These documents will not be available in the My BOIP Message Box until later this year.

You may notice that the receipt confirmation and e-mail look slightly different. We have changed the logo and the text. Below you can see the logo as used in our documents.
