As of 13 January 2020, the processing of your international application at WIPO will also be automated. This means that you will receive the follow-up of any imperfections in your application that WIPO may have detected by email.
Within the Madrid e-filing system, you can respond to WIPO's irregularity notice and also follow its status. BOIP receives and evaluates your reply and takes care of the submission to WIPO. This procedure applies to irregularities as from 13 January 2020.
