As of 1 January 2018, new tariffs apply for most of the actions before BOIP.
In 2017, renewal reminders have been sent to holders of trademarks and designs mentioning the tariffs which were applicable at that time. When renewing, holders need to pay the amount applicable at the moment of the action. The new tariffs are automatically and correctly calculated in the online application on the website of BOIP.
