Complaints procedure

The BOIP is an organisation that sets great store by professionalism, reliability and service. It is very important for us to know that you are satisfied - or not satisfied - with our services. That is why we have a formal complaints procedure in place.

The primary purpose of the complaints procedure is to enable you to report your grievance to us and to ensure you that it will be transferred to the right person to see if a solution can be found.

But the complaints procedure is also an important tool to help us detect trouble spots, measure the quality of our services and further improve them. This means we appreciate your effort to lodge a complaint!
