As from last week The Cambodian Ministry of Industry and Handicraft (MIH) has made its designs data available to the DesignView search tool.
With Cambodia on board, DesignView, will now contain data from 68 participating offices.
With the addition of 693 designs from Cambodia MIH, DSview provides information and access to more than 14,5 million designs.
Since the introduction of DesignView, that went live on 19 November 2012, the tool has since then served almost 4,4 million searches from 169 different countries, with users from the UK, Germany and China among the most frequent users.
The integration of Cambodia MIH in Designview is one of the concrete results of the ARISE+ IPR programme directed by the European Commission and executed by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
