In the near future, you will no longer receive any letters from us for the majority of your applications or requests. Instead, you will receive them digitally in the My BOIP Message Box. This is your personal secure inbox for digital messages from BOIP. Messages that you receive in your Message Box will no longer be sent to you in paper form. Since the My BOIP Message Box is linked to your email address, it is important to check whether your email address is still correct and to change it if necessary.
How does the My BOIP Message Box work?
If a new message has arrived in your Message Box, you will receive a corresponding notification by email. This is why it is a good idea to check the email address stated in your account, and to change it if it is no longer correct. We will use the email address to inform you that a message is waiting for you in the My BOIP Message Box, so you may miss important messages if your email address is not correct, which can have consequences for the processing of your inquiry or request.
How can I change my email address?
- Go to My BOIP
- In the right column under Account, click on login details.
- If your email address is no longer correct, click the button at the top-right to change this. You can now adjust your email address.
- Click on Save. Your details have now been saved.
If you are unable to change your email address or if you have any questions about the My BOIP Message Box, please feel free to contact our Information Centre – we’ll be happy to help!
Keep an eye on our website to see the date from which you will start receiving your post via the Message Box.
