High level of participation in the webinars for IP professionals

In the past few weeks BOIP organised three webinars. These webinars provided insight into the latest developments in terms of trademarks in the Benelux. Bad Faith 30 November

The webinar ‘Bad Faith’ focuses on BOIP's daily activities. We take a look at both examination on absolute grounds and opposition and cancellation procedures. In addition, you will also find out the answers to questions such as: when is there question of ‘bad faith’ and how does it have to be demonstrated? 

New Types of Trademark 7 December 

This webinar gives insight into the latest developments concerning non-traditional trademarks. It also provides answers to questions such as: what trademarks can I protect and how do I go about doing that? 

Annual Overview Opposition and Cancellation Case Law 14 December 

This webinar gives insights, tips and tricks about inter partes proceedings. BOIP shares 'lessons learned' with you about, inter alia, adversarial proceedings and proof of use.
