Maintenance for all online services

From Friday 7 September 2018 to Sunday 9 September 2018, our online services for submitting filings, renewals, oppositions and i-DEPOT will be unavailable.

BOIP will be implementing a new back office system during this period, which will enable better handling of your applications in future. To this end, we have deemed it necessary to suspend the online services temporarily. While the work is under way, you will not be able to submit filings and oppositions online, but only in hard copy. In view of the exceptional circumstances, it goes without saying that we will not charge additional costs for submitting a filing in hard copy.

Of course, we understand that the temporary suspension of our online services will be disruptive. Nevertheless, the work is vital for us to provide you with better service in future. Consequently, we hope that you will understand and we sincerely apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
