Today, we published the new guidelines for opposition proceedings on our website boip.int.
The guidelines are available in BOIP's 3 working languages: Dutch, French and English. The new guidelines are intended to serve as an explanation and reference work for users of this procedure.
An expert article containing a more detailed explanation will follow in early December. Questions or comments on the guidelines are welcome and can be sent to legal@boip.int.
