Visit by Mr. Archambeau (EUIPO) to BOIP

Wednesday, 14 March, Mr. Archambeau, Deputy Executive Director of EUIPO, paid a visit to BOIP. In the afternoon, he gave an engaging presentation to staff, entitled "Recent Developments at EUIPO, the EIPN, and the Future Trademark Landscape in Europe", followed by a frank discussion with the audience about EUIPO's future plans. Later, Mr Archambeau and the Executive Board had a comprehensive discussion on cooperation between EUIPO and BOIP, in which the coexistence of the European and the national systems was a running theme.
